An immersive promenade through six Shakespeare scenes of love, laughter & heartbreak

Step inside Shakespeare’s world

This August, audiences are invited into one of England’s most remarkable historic venues for a live, immersive theatrical adventure.

From 29–31 August, Walk the Bard transforms the hidden gardens of London’s Middle Temple into a captivating promenade. Six curated scenes from Shakespeare’s most treasured plays — set across the decades — explore love, laughter and heartbreak.

Created especially for this extraordinary setting, the experience takes audiences on a stroll through the beautiful Elm Court Garden, guided by a modern Elizabethan fool and accompanied by immersive audio.

“A celebration of love through the words of the Bard, in a place where history and theatre still breathe.”
